Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Radiatus Communities, the community and its authorised users agree to these terms.
Accounts & responsibilities
Community administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing user roles and safeguarding account credentials.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per the selected subscription. Free trials require no payment details and can be cancelled at any time before conversion.
Acceptable use
The platform must be used lawfully and only for legitimate community management. Abuse, unauthorised access or attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.
Availability
We aim for high availability and communicate planned maintenance in advance. Service is provided on a commercially reasonable-effort basis.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to community administrators.
