Built from the secretary's desk, not a pitch deck
Radiatus Communities was built on 10+ years of experience by founder Arvind Balasubramanian, who managed a 96-flat apartment end-to-end as secretary in a busy Chennai community — the full cycle of maintenance, notices, gates, vendors and AGMs.
The product comes from that everyday challenge: how to automate the repetitive work, make the books trustworthy, and reduce the load on the executive committee so neighbours can go back to being neighbours.
