Pricing questions
Is GST charged on the subscription?
Yes — 18% GST on a proper tax invoice with our GSTIN, so registered societies can claim input credit where eligible.
What happens if we cross our plan's unit limit?
Nothing breaks. We'll flag it at renewal and move you to the right tier; mid-cycle you keep working at the old price.
Do residents or guards pay anything?
No. Resident and guard apps are included in the community subscription — no per-user or per-download charges.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual billing carries a discount equivalent to two months. Most societies align it with their financial year.
