Information we collect
We collect the information a community and its residents provide to run the service — names, contact details, unit ownership, billing records and usage data. Guards and committees add operational records such as visitor logs and complaints.
How we use information
Information is used solely to deliver community management features: billing and accounting, visitor and security records, communication, facility bookings and reporting. We never sell personal data.
Data isolation & security
Each community is a separate tenant with strictly scoped data, role-based access control and full audit logging. Access is limited to authorised roles within that community.
Data ownership & export
Your community owns its data. Administrators can export records at any time and request deletion when a community leaves the platform.
Third-party processors
We use trusted processors for payments, messaging and infrastructure. Each is engaged only to the extent required to deliver the requested feature.
